Cindy Williams, President
Cindy represents all of the major insurance companies and is able to offer her individual, senior, and corporate clients a variety of options. Her knowledge, positive client rapport, and “can-do” attitude are well known among her clients, family, and friends. Her passion is in serving others at the office and in her personal life.
Cindy and her husband Chuck live in Bridgewater, Virginia and have been married thirty seven years. As high school sweethearts from John Handley High School in Winchester, Virginia, they traveled to both attend James Madison University for their college years and fell in love with the Shenandoah Valley area. They decided to stay in the Harrisonburg area after graduation and are involved in many community and Church activities.
Cindy and Chuck have two sons who also work in the family business, and now have 5 grandsons and 1 granddaughter that bring them lots of joy and excitement. Cindy enjoys Bible study, traveling, photography, sports, helping and visiting her friends and clients, and spending time with her family.
Chuck Williams
Chuck grew up in Winchester, Virginia and moved to the Harrisonburg area when he was accepted to James Madison University. He and his wife Cindy have spent the last two decades working to help people create a financial roadmap of success.
Chuck is a 1986 graduate of James Madison University where he graduated with a degree in Psychology and a strong concentration in Business & Economics. He joined Cornerstone Insurance Solutions in 2023 after selling his previous financial services practice where he served his clients for over 25 years. As an advisor, Chuck held securities licenses 6, 63, 65 and 7, in addition to earning the Chartered Financial Consultant designation. Chuck is a great asset to Cornerstone Insurance and will continue helping people make smart choices about their money in retirement.
Chuck enjoys working alongside his wife Cindy and their two sons Brandon and Ryan. His recent sports’ endeavor is to become a better golfer. He enjoys teaching and counseling, using his expertise in Psychology and the Bible to help others live more of the abundant life that Jesus spoke about in the scriptures. In addition to helping people, he likes golf, reading, exercising and traveling.
Ryan Williams
Ryan was born and raised in the Shenandoah Valley where he lived for most of his life before moving to Delaware a few months before his marriage on 11/11/2011. He and his wife, Abby have four boys, Levi, Landon, Zane & Zander. While still a newlywed, Ryan earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Wilmington University, and worked full time at Baltimore Aircoil Company (BAC). During his time at BAC, he received a certification in supply chain – Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP). Although he enjoyed his role in supply chain at BAC, Ryan always wanted to help people on a personal level and help them make sound financial decisions.
Ryan and his family moved back to Bridgewater, Virginia in April, 2018. He enjoys attending Bible study, preaching and teaching, and playing sports such as basketball and soccer. He also enjoys running, reading, salt and fresh-water fishing, golf, fellowshipping with friends and clients, and spending time with his family.
He looks forward to working in the family business and continuing to forge great relationships in Shenandoah Valley.
Brandon Williams
Brandon was born and raised in the Shenandoah Valley where he has lived for most of his life. He has always had a passion for music, and as a young man began taking guitar lessons. He has spent many years in the regional music scene playing guitar for different groups and is now playing with the popular group “The Hackens Boys.”
Brandon is eager to assist his clients with
their Health Insurance needs each year.
Vonni Boice
Vonni is the customer service specialist extraordinaire for Cornerstone Insurance. Her career experience has been in a variety of different fields including retail, banking, customer service, and postal service. Her positive personality and attention-to-detail are just two of the reasons for her success, but above all
that is her caring nature. Every question and concern of the client is important to her, and she will work toward a resolution for every matter, no matter how great or small.
Vonni and her husband just celebrated 40 years of marriage in May, 2024. They enjoy living and working on the farm where she grew up. They enjoy spending time with their Son and Family doing projects and gardening. Quality time is spent having cookouts by the river, watching wildlife, and enjoying all the farm has to offer.
Vonni also helps her husband with his small business and they enjoy living a busy lifestyle.
Nessah Branner
Nessah is the Small Group Representative & Open Enrollment Coordinator here at Cornerstone Insurance. She has been at Cornerstone Insurance for 4 years now. She comes with many years of customer service experience under her belt and is a delight to have interacting with clients. Nessah was born and raised here in the Shenandoah Valley, and married her High School Sweetheart, Jordan. In her spare time she loves to spend time with family, travel with her husband, tend to her garden, and read.
Amber Conley
Cathy Wine
Cathy joined the Cornerstone Insurance team October 1, 2021 as a Client Services Associate. She helped with open enrollment and has stayed on to help in the office, answering phone calls and assisting with various office projects. Cathy had previously worked for a local family practice medical office for almost 25 years. She was born and raised in northern Virginia and came to Harrisonburg to attend Madison College in the early 1970’s. She fell in love with the Shenandoah Valley and has lived here ever since. In her spare time Cathy enjoys quilting, gardening, and singing in the choir at her church where she met her husband, Drew. They have four children, Joanna, Peter, Seth and Rachel. Cathy and Drew enjoy taking long walks with their little dog Hogan, and an occasional game of golf when they are able.
Cookie Weatherholtz
Cookie joined our office in the Summer of 2022, and is our newest Team Member here at the office. She comes with 34 years of customer service experience from her previous job at AmeriGas. With her experience she is able to ensure customer satisfaction and excellence in any situation. She was born and raised here in the Shenandoah Valley and her roots run deep. She graduated from Stonewall Jackson High School, where she met her High School sweetheart of 37 years. She later received an Associate degree in accounting from Lord Fairfax Community College in Middletown, Va. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family, reading, and playing bingo.
Lisa Trout
Lisa Trout has served Cornerstone Insurance as a Client Services Associate for the past three years. She also works as an Office Clerk at James Madison University Dining Services and has been there for thirteen years. Lisa is a very hard worker and has this reputation since she often works two jobs at a time. Before her career, she was a stay-at-home mom to Danielle and Kaleb and now has the joy in her life of two grandchildren Sophia and Caleb. Growing up in the Shenandoah Valley and graduating from Turner Ashby High School has granted her an advantage to relating well to our community and our clients. Lisa enjoys reading, gardening, Bible study, bird watching and fishing. Lisa and her husband Randy live in Mt. Crawford, Virginia.
